Val Thorens webcams

Check out the latest weather and snow conditions in advance of a ski trip to Val Thorens. Here, there's a selection of Val Thorens webcams, to give you the best view of the ski area. We feature the tourist office's webcam at the Rond Point des Pistes; the webcams at the top of the 2 Lacs and Moutière chairlifts; and the webcams on Plein Sud, at the top of the Cime de Caron, and in Orelle.

Val Thorens webcams: resort centre (Rond Point des Pistes)

The Rond Point des Pistes webcam is on the hut at the top of the Campagnols magic carpet (pictured above). The webcam is the white, cone-shaped attachment, on the near side of the roof of the hut. It shows a 360-degree panorama, and gives an excellent view of Val Thorens, so you can see the weather and conditions. It is operated by the Val Thorens tourist office and lift company. Unlike some of the other Val Thorens webcams, it functions all year round. Consult the webcam at the resort centre (Rond Point des Pistes).

Val Thorens webcams: top of the 2 Lacs chair

The webcam at the top of the 2 Lacs chair shows live video, rather than still images. You can see the 2 Lacs restaurant, the resort of Val Thorens, the Stade, and even across to Plein Sud. Consult the 2 Lacs webcam.

Val Thorens webcams: top of the Moutière chair

The webcam at the top of the Moutiere chairlift is also installed and run by the resort of Val Thorens. Unlike the Rond Point des Pistes webcam, it isn't always updated or kept operating outside the ski season. 

Val Thorens webcams: Plein Sud

There's a webcam on Plein Sud, at the bottom of the Funitel 3 Valleys and 3 Valleys chairlift. Consult the Plein Sud webcam.

Val Thorens webcams: Cime de Caron

There's a webcam on the roof of the ski patrol hut, near the arrival station of the Cime de Caron cable car, at 3200m. Consult the Cime de Caron webcam.

Val Thorens webcams: plan Bouchet, Orelle

There's a webcam at plan Bouchet, Orelle. It shows the top of the Orelle bubble, the bottom of the Peyron chairlift, and the Chalet Chinal Donat mountain restaurant. Consult the plan Bouchet Orelle webcam.
